General Terms and Conditions of the calorvita.com e-shop
- Introductory provisions
- The operator of the calorvita.com online store is LITE Nitra s.r.o., Štefánikova trieda 71, 949 01 Nitra, Company ID: 366 34 581.
- These GTC govern the legal relationship between the operator and the consumer (hereinafter referred to as the “customer”).
- The GTC are binding for all orders placed through the e-shop.
- Order and conclusion of contract
- Orders are placed using the electronic form on the website calorvita.com.
- After submitting the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email. At this point, the purchase contract is concluded.
- The operator reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a technical error, unavailability of goods, or suspected misuse.
- Price and payment terms
- All prices listed on the website are final (we are not VAT payers).
- Payment is possible by bank transfer, credit card, or cash on delivery.
- The invoice is issued by the operator (LITE Nitra s.r.o.).
- Delivery of goods
- Goods are delivered by dropshipping—directly from the supplier to the customer.
- The delivery time is usually 3–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are listed when placing the order.
- The risk of damage to the goods passes to the customer upon receipt of the shipment from the courier.
- Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
- Conditions for returning goods:
o The customer must notify us of their intention to return the goods within 14 days of receipt.
o The goods must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging.
o The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
o For hygienic reasons, it is not possible to return cosmetic products, essential oils, or other goods whose packaging has been opened or damaged, unless the goods are defective.
- After delivery and inspection of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded to the customer within 14 days. The original delivery costs are not refundable.
- In the case of damaged or defective goods, the customer is obliged to report the complaint within 3 working days of receipt of the shipment and to provide a photograph or send the goods for inspection.
- In the case of faulty goods, the customer may be provided with a replacement, credit, or refund as agreed.
- If the customer receives the wrong goods, the operator will arrange for their return and delivery of the correct product or refund the money.
- If goods are missing, the customer will be provided with a credit or refund for the missing product.
- Complaints and warranty
- The warranty on goods is 24 months, unless otherwise stated.
- Complaints shall be submitted to the operator (calorvita.com).
- Complaints shall be processed within 30 days at the latest.
- Complaints shall not be accepted if the damage is due to improper use or normal wear and tear.
- Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
- The operator processes customers’ personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
- The data is processed for the purposes of order fulfillment, accounting, and marketing (newsletter, advertising campaigns).
- The customer has the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, and withdraw consent to the data.
- Special provisions for cosmetics and essential oils
- For cosmetic products and essential oils, the customer is obliged to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
- If a cosmetic product is opened or used, the right to withdraw from the contract may be limited for hygienic reasons.
- Final provisions
- These GTC come into effect on the day of their publication on the website calorvita.com.
- The operator reserves the right to amend and supplement the GTC.
- Legal relationships not governed by these GTC are governed by the Civil Code and the relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
