The Desi Stripes handmade indigo throw combines traditional craftsmanship with an easy, relaxed aesthetic. Artisans repeatedly dip the fabric into natural indigo dye baths, building up a rich spectrum of blue tones.

Using resist-dye methods, they create a striped Desi pattern that feels both contemporary and rooted in heritage. Once dyed, the throw is dried in the sun, where the indigo slowly oxidises into its signature, nuanced blue.

Each throw is individually finished with hand-stitching or tassels, giving every piece a unique personality. The 170 x 120 cm size makes it wonderfully versatile: drape it over a sofa, layer it at the foot of the bed, or keep it close by for cool evenings on the terrace.
