Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introductory provisions

These Complaints Procedure Rules govern the procedure for exercising customers’ rights in relation to defects in goods purchased through the www.calorvita.com e-shop, which is operated by LITE Nitra s.r.o., Štefánikova trieda 71, 949 01 Nitra, Company ID No.: 366 34 581.

2. Liability for defects

• The operator is liable for defects in goods in accordance with the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.

• The warranty period for goods is 24 months, unless otherwise stated.

3. Filing a complaint

• Complaints can be filed in writing or by email to the operator’s contact details.

• The customer is required to provide: name, address, order number, description of the defect, and request for how the complaint should be handled.

• The goods subject to complaint must be sent according to the operator’s instructions.

4. Ways of handling complaints

• Repair of goods.

• Replacement of goods.

• Appropriate discount on the price.

• Refund of the purchase price (withdrawal from the contract).

5. Handling period

• Complaints will be handled within 30 days of their submission at the latest.

• The customer will be informed of the outcome of the complaint in writing or by email.

6. Non-acceptance of complaints

Complaints will not be accepted if:

• the goods have been damaged by improper use,

• the goods have been mechanically damaged after delivery,

• the damage is due to normal wear and tear.
