• Order details: 5 years.
• Marketing data: until consent is revoked or for a maximum of 5 years.
• Communication data: max. 1 year, unless there is another legal basis.

• to erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
• to restriction of processing,
• to data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw consent to processing,

7. Provision of data to third parties

• the supplier (AW Dropship) for the purpose of delivering goods,
• courier companies, accounting firms, IT providers, marketing services (e.g., newsletter systems),
• state authorities, if required by law. We do not provide data to third countries or international organizations without adequate protection.
